Fashionista Fails as Fashion Designer

Victoria Beckham might be a fashion icon, but when it comes to being a fashion designer, she's a fashion failure. Her first attempt, a women's denim line called dVb, was unsuccessful. Most recently, she has launched a men's denim line, which has neglected to capture the attention of retailers. During New York Fashion Week coming up this September, VB will unveil a line of posh gowns-- high quality and highly over-priced. Hopefully the dresses go better than the jeans.

Beauty Gives Birth

Women are said to be most beautiful and radiant during pregnancy. It's called the "pregnancy glow." But for women who are naturally exquisite even without child, pregnancy just adds to the beauty. On Saturday, July 12th, Angelina Jolie gave birth to her anxiously awaited twins. The babies, a girl named Vivienne Marcheline and a boy, Knox Leon are said to be doing well. The twins are numbers 5 and 6 for the Brangelina family of beauties joining Maddox, 6; Pax, 4; Zahara, 3, and Shiloh, 2. Oh, and Brad!

A Fashion Farewell

Designers, celebrities, and fashion models across France gathered today to mourn the death of famed fashion designer Yves Saint Laurent. YSL died Sunday at age 71. He is remembered as one of the most influential fashion designers of his time.

Miley Cyrus, known for her starring role on the Disney Channel's hit show Hannah Montana has just announced plans to start her own clothing line. The young starlet says the clothing would resemble her favorite designer, Marc Jacobs and be "funky" and "casual."
